Mr. Ross is a Senior Advisor for B.V. MURRAY & CO.
Prior to joining B.V. MURRAY & CO., Mr. Ross was an attorney
from 1985-1994 at the law firm of Clifford Chance. Over the years
he
worked in their Saudi Arabia, Singapore and London offices,
becoming Partner in the London asset finance group of their banking
department in 1986. Mr. Ross has acted for a wide range of financial
institutions, corporations, and government bodies and has extensive
experience in a variety of cross border financings, joint ventures,
private placements, high yield bond offerings, mergers and
acquisitions, and capital restructuring. He has also been involved
in
business plan development for clients, and has experience in the
negotiation of sale agreements.
Following Mr. Ross’s time at Clifford Chance, he was a consultant
with a primary focus on cruise ship transactions, at Denton Wilde
Sapte, a London law firm. He also served as Director of 4Front
Technology, Inc., a NASDAQ listed United States computer services
company.
Mr. Ross holds an M.A. law degree with honors from Christs
College, Cambridge University.
Mr. Ross is resident in London, England.
