Acted as advisor to Svyazinvestneftekhim (SINEK), a holding company, 100% owned by the Republic of Tatarstan in its debut $250 million 10 year Eurobond offering, which was guaranteed by the Republic of Tatarstan. B.V. Murray & Co and affiliated, UK company BVM Capital Partners Ltd., developed a unique offering structure which permitted a Russian sub-sovereign to access international capital markets for the first and only time since the introduction of the new Russian budget code in 2001.
