Co-advisor in the valuation, privatization and sale of Kereskedelmi es Hitelbank (K&H), the third largest commercial bank in Hungary to a strategic investor group consisting of KBC and Irish Life. The transaction resulted in $60 million of new capital, $30 million convertible debt financing by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development into K&H common stock and the sale of $30 million of K&H stock owned by the Hungarian government. Total transaction value was $120 million.
